Our commitments.

We will lower the entire utility consumption by 50% or more, which we will guarantee for the length of the performance contract. Any savings above the guaranteed amoount will go to you.

We will pay for the data reports and capital improvements to the building which will be paid back to Bell Industry through the utility savings with an average ROI of 4 years.

We will mechanically monitor, alarm and maintain the buildings 24/7 for a fee to be established per project. This fee usually replaces the maintenance costs of HVAC and electrical crews that are already in place doing much of the same, i.e. filtration change, duct repair, lighting repair, etc.

We will research and secure every potential tax rebate which will be passed along to the client.. We have secured millions of dollars in rebates for our clients with larger portfolios. This is extra cash to the client, usually within 90 days of completion of work, which can be figured into the ROIs.

We will ensure that LEED EB and/or LEED CS as well as Energy Star certification will be given to all applicable buildings within 2 years, along with meeting any new State or Federal government mandates for efficiency.
